Jane Austen, A to Z: Jane Austen’s House Museum

Something new is going on my bucket list. When I travel to England, I definitely want to visit Jane Austen’s House Museum. The House Museum is in Chawton, Hampshire.

Looking at the photos, I’m reminded of all of the museums that my parents took me to when I was a kid. Oh, the memories.

The museum should be on every book nerd or Jane Austen fan’s list of places to visit. This is the house is where she wrote all of her novels.

In 2019, they are celebrating their 70th anniversary. The website says that they are doing some renovations this spring, so you might want to call ahead.
